Signing in
Sign in with your work Microsoft 365 account, or with Active Directory on an on-prem desk.
How to sign in
On a hosted desk, choose Sign in with Microsoft and use your work account. On an on-prem desk, you may also see a username and password form for Active Directory. On a company PC that is already signed in to Windows, an on-prem desk may let you straight in.
After you sign in
IT staff land on the Queue. HR-only staff land on the HR view of the Queue. The top bar shows only what your role allows.
If you see a message that you have no role yet, ask your IT admin to grant one under Settings → Access.
If sign-in fails
Use your work account, not a personal Microsoft account. If you still cannot sign in, ask your IT admin to check the Microsoft 365 connection under Settings → Connections.
