Accessibility Statement
Lifecycle is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. This statement describes our target standard, how to report barriers, and how we respond.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Our commitment
We design and maintain lifecycle.lol marketing pages, account and billing flows, Help, and core product surfaces with the goal that people can perceive, operate, understand, and interact with them regardless of disability. Accessibility is part of how we build and remediate the Services, not a one-time checkbox.
Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where older product areas have not yet reached that level, we prioritize fixes based on severity, frequency of use, and user reports.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels on legal and marketing pages
- Keyboard focus order and visible focus styles for interactive controls
- Color contrast aimed at WCAG AA for text and essential UI
- Skip links to main content on legal pages
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion where motion is used for marketing presence
- Ongoing review of high-traffic flows (sign-in, create instance, pricing, help, portal)
- Remediation tracking for confirmed barriers
3. Conformance status
As of the date above, public legal pages on lifecycle.lol are authored to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for structure, contrast, and keyboard access to the extent reasonably achievable in the current design system. Broader product surfaces (desk, portal, configuration) are continuously improved toward the same target. Some third-party embeds (for example payment provider checkout hosted by Stripe or PayPal) are controlled by those providers; we work to choose and configure options that support accessible checkout where available.
4. Known limitations
Complex operational UIs (large tables, dense configuration, rich text editors) may present remaining barriers. PDF or exported documents generated for shipping or internal use may not always match the accessibility of the web UI. We welcome reports so we can prioritize fixes.
5. Feedback and response
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on lifecycle.lol or in the Services, please tell us:
- Email: accessibility@lifecycle.lol (or legal@lifecycle.lol)
- Include the page URL, a description of the barrier, the assistive technology or browser you used if known, and how we can contact you
Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five (5) business days.
Remediation: We aim to provide an initial assessment within fifteen (15) business days and to remediate confirmed barriers on a schedule appropriate to severity. Critical blockers affecting core tasks (sign-in, purchasing, essential desk actions) are prioritized. We may offer a reasonable alternative means of access while a fix is in progress when feasible.
Good-faith accessibility feedback will not result in retaliation or denial of service. This statement does not replace rights available under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 where applicable, state accessibility laws, or other applicable law.
6. Compatibility
We design for current major browsers and common assistive technologies (including recent versions of screen readers used with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android). Older browsers or unsupported configurations may have reduced accessibility. Please include your environment details when reporting issues.
7. Assessment approach
We use a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks, and user feedback to evaluate accessibility. Formal third-party audits may be commissioned as the product grows; results that materially change our status will be reflected in updates to this statement.
