History
Every action in Lifecycle, with who did it and when. Use it to answer a manager or an auditor.
What History shows
Open History from the clock icon in the top bar. It lists onboardings, changes, offboardings, device changes, and setup steps, each with the person who did it and the time.
To narrow the list, click a column title and type, for example a person's name or a device serial number.
Undo a Windows setup step
On an on-prem desk, a Windows setup step that was applied with Set can be reverted from History when the step has an undo saved with it. The revert is recorded too.
