People
Your staff list, kept in sync with Microsoft 365. Find a person and start a change or offboarding.
Open People
Choose People in the top bar. The list comes from Microsoft 365, so new staff show up without typing them in. Use the search box in the top bar to find someone.
Change or offboard from a person
Open a person to update their details, such as title, department, or manager, or to start an offboarding. Each of these creates a ticket for IT.
IT admins also see Ship on that person's profile. Choose a device in inventory, or scan its serial, asset tag, or barcode while Ship is open. Lifecycle then collects the address and carrier the same way it always has.
