Help
Settings
Companies, connections, access, notifications, shipping, retirement, jobs, backups, and billing.
Open Settings
Choose the gear icon in the top bar. You need an IT or HR role to open Settings, and an IT admin role to change most of it.
Company and access
Instance holds your desk's name and address. Companies holds your companies and locations, which HR picks from on a ticket. Access is where you invite staff and grant IT, HR, and Finance roles.
Jobs and catalog
Jobs lists your job titles and what each one gets on its first day: licenses, software, devices, groups, file shares, and printers. That drives the checklist on an onboarding.
Connections
Connections links Lifecycle to the services it works with: Microsoft 365, Apple Business Manager, ImmyBot, Autodesk, Active Directory (on-prem), Intune, Google Workspace, Dell warranty lookups, and eBay for resale listings.
Notifications
Set the mailbox Lifecycle sends from. Without it, portal links, return reminders, invites, and password reminders cannot go out.
Shipping and retirement
Shipping holds your carrier accounts and label printers. Retirement sets which steps each type of device must go through when it is retired.
